AI consultancy for UK SMEs

An AI consultancy for UK small businesses, from £297 a month.

Vantage Growth Partners is a London-based AI consultancy that installs lead-response and growth systems for UK SMEs. Core is £297 a month and wires into the website you already have. Growth is from £497 a month and adds a new website with the engine behind it.

Both prices are published because most firms in this category will not publish one. Month to month, no minimum term, nothing charged before the free audit.

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

Owner-run UK businesses that live on enquiries and bookings, typically one to twenty-five people, where the person who answers the phone is also the person doing the work. Clinics, trades, lettings, print, interiors, studios, gyms, salons and hospitality.

Not for enterprises, not for venture-backed software companies, and not for anyone who wants a strategy document. If what you need is an AI readiness framework for a two-hundred-person organisation, I am the wrong person and I will say so on the call.

Where. Based in London, at 124 City Road, EC1V 2NX. Clients so far are in west London and the City, and the work is delivered remotely, so the system goes in the same way anywhere in the UK. Google already shows this site for searches from London, Kent, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Ealing and Uxbridge, and there are pages for those areas.

What I actually build, by trade.

Same system underneath. What changes is which part of it does the heavy lifting.

Clinics and aesthetics

Enquiries arrive while you are treating someone, and the quiet list never gets worked.

Voice AI answers during treatment, missed calls text back, and old patients get a reactivation campaign priced off your own treatment list.

Trades and contractors

You are up a ladder when the phone goes, and by the evening the job is somebody else’s.

Every missed call texts back inside seconds, quotes chase themselves, and the review ask fires after the job is signed off.

Lettings and property services

Portal enquiries land in a shared inbox overnight and get answered in the order they are found.

Instant qualification on every enquiry, viewings booked straight into the calendar, no-shows chased automatically.

Print, interiors and studios

Repeat customers drift, and nobody has time to ring a list of people who bought two years ago.

A reactivation campaign across the old customer file, with replies handled until they book or opt out.

Gyms, salons and hospitality

Bookings come from five places and reminders depend on somebody remembering.

One calendar behind all of it, confirmations and reminders on autopilot, lapsed members won back on a schedule.

How it is delivered.

Installed, then run. Not handed over as a template for somebody in your office to maintain, which is the part that usually breaks.

  1. 1A free 30-minute audit. Where enquiries are leaking now, measured against your own numbers. Nothing is charged before this and there is no obligation after it.
  2. 2Build week. The system goes in behind your existing site on Core, or alongside a new site on Growth. Your number, your calendar, your branding.
  3. 3Go live, then tune. Real enquiries hit it, and the replies get edited against what people actually ask rather than what I guessed they would.
  4. 4Run it, monthly. Reporting on what came in, what booked, and what the system changed. Month to month, so it has to keep earning its place.

The price, in full.

Two rungs. Growth contains Core, so nobody pays for both. The website is the line between them.

Core

A Twickenham skin clinic

  • Reactivation pipeline grew from £29,996 to £37,894 in priced treatments
  • 13 treatments completed by customers who had gone quiet
  • 10.5% of the first wave replied
  • Voice AI receptionist live on a UK number
  • Month to month. No minimum term.
  • Pay quarterly and there is a discount.
  • Ad spend is always yours, paid from your own account. It never sits inside the fee.
  • Nothing is charged before the free 30-minute audit.

Results above are from my own clients, anonymised. Pipeline figures are priced pipeline, not banked revenue, and I say so because the difference matters.

What is not included.

Worth reading before the call, so neither of us wastes it.

  • Ad spend. It is always yours, paid from your own account, and it never sits inside the fee.
  • Enterprise AI strategy decks, readiness frameworks and governance programmes. Other firms do that work and do it properly.
  • Custom model training or bespoke machine learning. What I install is built on tools that already exist.
  • Anything I cannot run myself. One person builds it and one person keeps it running, so the scope stops where that stops.
  • Work outside the UK. The compliance, the numbers and the calendars are all set up for UK businesses.

Who runs it.

David Barroso. Twenty years in financial services building front-office and back-office systems and training the sales teams who used them, then Vantage Growth Partners since 2024, doing the same thing for local businesses at a price they can actually pay.

One person, and that is the trade-off worth knowing. The person who scopes the work builds it and then runs it, so nothing gets lost in a handover. It also means a hard capacity ceiling and no bench, so I take on what I can actually run.
